As the Chief Executive of a charity which has been commissioned by the NHS to deliver very personalised services to people suffering from Alcohol Misuse we needed a bespoke database to meet quite complex criteria. Not only does it have to fit and compliment our unique way of working but we wanted it to produce a wide basket of performance results at the push of a button, be of the highest integrity for data protection and meet the needs of NHS reporting too.
We took on Bigboymedia because of our previous experience with them and because their approach was the one that gave us most confidence they would produce what we wanted. We have been thrilled with the result.
The database was designed with full support from their consultants and works as intended but what particularly impressed me was their willingness to adapt to our needs and their professionalism throughout the project.
